Just a few steps outside your door, you'll find a vibrant community filled with friendly neighbors and a variety of shops, services and restaurants to fulfill your every need. From workout gyms to flower shops, neighborhood eateries to fresh fish markets, the midtown area offers IslaMar Villa vacationers an opportunity to experience the authentic Cozumel.
Being centrally located directly behind the downtown area, beachfront street is a mere 10 minute walk straight west. Corner markets and "locals" eateries are a half a block in all directions from the Villas and one of the island's best restaurants, "Casa Mission", is a mere 5 minute walk down the street.

Your IslaMar Villas gave us a wonderful at home feeling, thanks to you !! Our upper unit was very comfortable and I liked the view of the neighborhood. We could even see a bit of how the neighbors lived and it really made you think of the comforts we take for granted. I loved getting up at sunrise as you could see and feel the early morning sun rising. You knew how good the day would be. I loved hearing the roosters in the morning and watching the locals as they got ready for their day ahead. From our upper unit you could not help to see this. The man on the bike ringing his bell with morning pastries. I remember how gracious you were to even come out and sit with us around the pool till late in the evening just talking as if we had been friends for a long while. IslaMar is a great place to stay and we could not have made a better choice in accomodation. Clean, tidy and all the amenities you'll ever need. Away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by great local restaurants. The pricing makes these condos even more attractive then what they already are. Would we go back there? Let's put it this way, Sherrie and Jacqueline had a hard time getting us OUT of the place when it was time to leave. Would we recommend IslaMar? That's a silly question, of course! Sherri, we recently returned from our 4th stay at Islamar Villas. Just wanted you to know that it gets more difficult to leave every time we visit! We really feel fortunate to have almost a second home in Cozumel.
We've visited Cozumel 22 times in the past and the island and people who live there have taken on a whole new meaning for us since we were fortunate enough to meet you and discover the Villas. Everything is always perfect even before we arrive, from the rent car to the restaurants you send us to! Keep up the great job!
