This lovely 1st floor villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with separate living and kitchen areas. It is perfect for two couples or a family of 4-5 since it has a pull out sofabed that accomodates 1 more adult or 2 small children. The bedrooms can be prepared with either a king beds or 2 separate beds in each. The villa has a dining area and full kitchen with electric stove top, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and bottled water. Decor is tropical, casual & comfortable.Air Conditioning, TV/VCR-Cable, and books provide entertainment and relaxation after the day's adventures are over. Lounge by the pool or go in for a splash in the spa while you manage your dive gear - rinse and storage area is right nearby! Enjoy the evening songbirds with sounds of the tranquil waterfall in the background.
The villa also has a spacious porche area that faces the sunrise where guests can sit and enjoy their morning coffee or relax in a hammock and listen to the morning songbirds.
Just outside the front door, there is a garden, lawnchairs, a pool/spa, dive lockers, rinse tank, outdoor shower and hammocks to enjoy. If you are a frequent visitor to the island, moving out of the hotel zone and integrating into the culture is the "next step" to becoming "a local!" This wonderful IslaMar Villa is the perfect way for visitors to transition from "hotel staying" to an "island living" experience. |

IslaMar is a great place to stay and we could not have made a better choice in accomodation. Clean, tidy and all the amenities you'll ever need. Away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by great local restaurants. The pricing makes these condos even more attractive then what they already are. Would we go back there? Let's put it this way, Sherrie and Jacqueline had a hard time getting us OUT of the place when it was time to leave. Would we recommend IslaMar? That's a silly question, of course! Sherri and staff thank-you for an incredible experience living in one of your IslaMar Villa properties and enjoying the island more as a resident than tourist introduced us to side of Cozumel we really enjoyed, we only wish we hadn't taken so many years to vacation on Cozumel this way. The driver you hired us on the mainland was great I am very glad I didn't rent a car.
The island has made a wonderful recovery from the huricane and the diving was wonderful yes there is some reef damage but it is already making a comback and the fish life (Eagle Rays, turtles and more) seems more abundant than ever.

Thank you for a wonderful experience during our three week vacation while staying at IslaMar Villas. Everything went smoothly for us - from our Open Water diving certification and subsequent dives with Dive Paradise to the days spent snorkeling at your PalMar Estate Beach Club or to just lounging around the pool. Service from your staff was impeccable and the mid-town location of the villas permitted us to interact daily with friendly Cozumelenos. We used your suggested restaurant list extensively and not once were we disappointed. In fact its use gave us the confidence to try many other local establishments. Finally, amongst all the music and dancing and party of Carnavale we wanted to note that exploring the ruins of San Gervasio became a sublime experience - a tranquil stroll in the jungle - a quiet time to contemplate nature and the continuity of human existence and accomplishment through time.
