This Cozumel vacation rental home is the former residence of the owner of IslaMar so it also has a large, front porche where guests can sit and enjoy their morning coffee or relax in a hammock and listen to the morning songbirds.
Just beyond the front porche, there is a garden, lawnchairs, a pool/spa, dive gear rinse tank and hammocks to enjoy. IslaMar was a wonderful refuge from Nebraska snow and ice. We thought about a larger, all-inclusive hotel, but after considering the crowds, noise and extra expense, we decided this met “our all-inclusive needs” much better. It is so safe and comfortable. Love all the people. Love the ocean, love the house, love the food and most of all, love Sherri, Jacqueline and Zuri. Zuri is so much fun. Staying at IslaMar gave us a wonderful insight into the culture and daily life of Cozumel. The sounds and smells of the neighborhood became familiar and comforting. We adored Zuri and wish that we could take her home with us. The efforts of the staff were extremely helpful in dealing with a “foreign environment” and were greatly appreciated.
