Otono Cultural Isla Cozumel |

2013 marked the inaugural year of Otono Cultural Isla Cozumel which will be held in mid-October annually. The week will celebrate the changing of the seasons with events and activities that are designed for the entire community to appreciate and make their own personal connections with Mother Earth. The festival features performances of dancers, bands and choirs and continues work on a collective mural honoring Mother Earth. There are organic markets for buying, selling and bartering plants, vegetables as well as workshops on organic gardening. Throughout the week there are films from various International Film Festivals as well as a short film competitions.
So if you are on the island during this time, plan on attending as many of the activities that you can! All are FREE to the Public and it is a great way celebrate the start of the Fall Season!
